Appointments
Purity Nails & Spa gladly accepts walk-in clients. In order to avoid disappointment and wait times, we strongly recommend booking an appointment. Clients are encouraged to contact us at the earliest convenience. We require each client’s full name and phone number as all appointments are confirmed with a reminder via email or phone call the day before the appointment.
Appointment Arrival Time
To ensure ample prep time and a comfortable experience for our clients, we recommend an arrival time of 5 to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. If clients anticipate being late for the appointment, they are required to contact the spa as soon as possible. We are pleased to accommodate our clients the best way possible and will make every effort to make alternate arrangements.
Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No Shows
If you need to cancel an appointment, please cancel prior to 3 days (72 hours) before your appointment. If you cancel within 3 days of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25. Late arrivals and no shows will also be charged.
Spa Package & Eyelash Extension Bookings
For all spa packages and eyelash extension bookings, we require an early arrival appointment. The cancellation policy above applies to all spa packages and eyelash extension bookings.
Spa Party Cancellation Policy
Spa parties must be booked at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance. Please call for more details on spa party options, fees, and policies.
